Metal Detecting Rallies
Metal detecting rallies are a great way to meet other detectorists, discuss the latest machines and get advice from other detector users. They are also great for people who live in areas where getting land to search can be tricky.
An increasing number of metal detecting rally organisers require you to have a valid National Council for Metal Detecting (NCMD) or Federation of Independent Detectorists (FID) membership, when booking up for any rally, be sure to check this! But don't worry, you can join either group online for a nominal sum!
Don't forget to visit the metal detecting Rally forum, we want to hear about your rally experiences and finds.
